With the Leland CO2 PicnicTap(tm) you can draft your favorite beverage using CO2 as the propellant, instead of pumping. CO2 TapGas(tm) is beverage quality CO2 99.97% pure. Once attached to the keg, all that is required is installing a CO2 cartridge, then begin pouring immediately. You set the pressure so you control the foamy head naturally, the way the brewery intended. It takes one cylinder to dispense a full 1/4 barrel or two cylinders to dispense a full 1/2 barrel. The PicnicTap(tm) comes standard with a US Sankey keg coupler, but it will accommodate a European Sankey, Hoff Stevens, Bass, and German Keg Couplers.
